• Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, bank transfer, or approved electronic methods.
• Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per week until the balance is settled.
• In cases of non-payment, Cajun Concrete Coatings LLC reserves the right to:
  • Halt ongoing work,
  • Retain deposits to cover costs,
  • Pursue legal remedies, including collections.

• Scheduling is based on availability, weather conditions, and delivery of materials.
• Cajun Concrete Coatings LLC will notify clients of any unavoidable delays.
• If the client cancels or requests rescheduling less than 72 hours before work begins, the deposit may be forfeited.
• Weather-related delays do not constitute breach of contract. In such cases, work will be rescheduled promptly.

To ensure smooth completion of services, the client agrees to:

1. 1. Provide access to the worksite during agreed-upon hours.
   2. Clear all personal items, vehicles, and obstructions from work areas.
   3. Ensure safe working conditions, including electricity, water supply, and ventilation.
   4. Disclose any known hazards, such as unstable concrete, electrical wiring, or drainage issues.
   5. Refrain from walking on coated surfaces until the recommended curing time has passed.
   6. Make timely payments as agreed in the contract.

• Cajun Concrete Coatings LLC uses high-quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers.
• However, due to the natural variability of concrete and environmental conditions, final results may vary.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to surface porosity, texture, and application techniques.
• Certain coatings may be subject to fading, wear, or discoloration over time, especially in outdoor applications.
• Epoxy and overlay products may require periodic maintenance to preserve their appearance and performance.

• Certain services may include limited warranties, which will be specified in writing.
• Warranties cover defects in workmanship but exclude:
  • Structural cracks caused by foundation movement.
  • Damage from heavy impacts, chemicals, or misuse.
  • Water damage, flooding, or weather-related deterioration.
  • Normal wear and tear.
• To maintain warranty coverage, customers must follow all care and maintenance guidelines provided.

• Cajun Concrete Coatings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party contractors, pre-existing site conditions, or customer negligence.
• Clients are responsible for protecting surrounding areas (such as landscaping or furniture).
